Graphic Evidence Clears Courtroom in D4vd Murder Case

The atmosphere inside the courtroom shifted dramatically on Friday as graphic evidence was introduced during D4vd’s preliminary hearing, prompting several spectators to quietly walk out.

According to TMZ, medical examiner Dr. Grant Ho returned to the witness stand to explain the condition of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez after her remains were recovered. As he testified, prosecutors displayed a series of crime scene photographs that documented the extensive injuries and decomposition of the victim. The images included amputated fingers, trauma to the torso, and other evidence used to support the medical examiner’s findings.

Dr. Ho told the court that one of the injuries appeared to have been inflicted by a sharp object. He also described the advanced state of decomposition, noting significant tissue deterioration and partial skeletonization. The evidence proved difficult for many in attendance, with audible reactions heard throughout the courtroom. Reports also indicate that D4vd looked away while some of the photographs were being shown.

The emotional impact of the testimony became increasingly evident as the hearing continued. Multiple spectators chose to leave the courtroom rather than remain for the presentation of additional evidence. Earlier in the proceedings, members of Celeste’s family had also exited after becoming overwhelmed by the disturbing material.

The hearing is tied to the 2024 death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose disappearance ended when investigators discovered her dismembered remains. Prosecutors allege D4vd killed the teenager before attempting to hide the crime. He has denied the accusations and entered a plea of not guilty.
